About Us
The Regency Restaurant in the Hotel Victoria is managed by father and son, Jim and Julian who operate Pickup Catering Ltd.
Julian Pickup is the head chef. He had been the chef at many local restaurants before coming to the Regency and has worked abroad mainly in France and Australia.
Jim Pickup, Manager, oversees the operation, working in the kitchen on Julian's days off to ensure that standards remain high 7 days a week. He may also wait on tables when required; he will definitely make himself known to you.
